Projects of CSI Vellore Diocese, Supported by St.John's Church
Keeraisathu Project
- Supported a rehabilitation center in Keeraisathu for cured leprosy patients since 1981.
- Contributed monthly provisions since 2012.
- Earmarked 2019 Harvest Festival proceeds for new accommodation, completed in 2020.
CSI Boarding Home, Arni:
- Monthly financial support for a hostel in Arni since a visit by Rev. Charles Irwin.
- Initiated monthly visits, interactions, and special gifts during Christmas.
- Supported building a new hostel in 2010 and a kitchen/dining hall in 2019.
CSI Joseph Meyu Boys Hostel, Gnanodayam:
- Initiated Christian ministry for a gypsy community near Katpadi.
- Supports an evangelist working with the community.
- Built houses for the community in 2023
VRV Boarding Home, Ranipet :
- Supported the construction of an alternate place for girls studying in VRV Girls Higher Secondary School in Ranipet.
- Proceeds from the 2014 Harvest Festival were allocated to this project.
- Supports Anbu Illam in Sainathapuram, a center caring for children affected by cerebral palsy.
